Our Programs
Campus Movements
The Voice Inc. was founded by university students at a university campus, and university campus movements lead the frontline of the Clean Generation Movement.
TVI identifies these young leaders who share the same values as TVI, and supports them with tools, training, mentoring, and Centres for Leadership where students can nourish their voices. These students go on to solve challenges in their spaces of influence, becoming agents of change in their communities, and contributing to policy discourse on issues affecting the country.
Our campus movements encompass a wide variety of programs and activities:
Speaker Series
lecture-style events held at university campuses. They are talks or panels by influencers and established leaders in civil society, business, politics, and the church.
Annual Leadership Conference
a conference of 200+ participants for our student leaders, youth ministries, coalition partners, community leaders and alumni.
Gatherings
opportunities for students and alumni to come together, and include coffee nights, student exchanges, debates, concerts, and socialising events.
The Citizenship Academy
provides students with training in democracy principles, electoral processes, political parties, and a visit to the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea.
Toolkits
training programs enabling collective discussion, thought and problem solving around issues while providing students with specific skills to take action.
The DREAM
the DREAM is an acronym for Drive, Relationships, Experiences, Attitude and Mission Statements. It is TVI’s signature training program.
Experiences
opportunities for our campaigners by placing them with our strategic partners and coalitions, to learn how others are leading change and to further nourish their voices.
Volunteer Opportunities
opportunities for students to volunteer their time during the school holidays to support TVI programs and deliver awareness programs in their communities
Centres for Leadership (CFLs) can be found on the following campuses. CFLs offer meeting spaces and resources for students.
University of Papua New Guinea - Port Moresby
PNG University of Technology - Lae
University of Goroka - Goroka

Clean Gen Clubs
High school teachers and students have reached out to us to take on the DREAM and the Clean Generation Movement. Together we established Clean Gen Clubs at their schools: clubs that students can join to take the DREAM program, take action on issues that they are passionate about, and organize student support for advocacy.
Current Clean Gen Clubs:
Jubilee Catholic Secondary School
Port Moresby International High School (POMIS)
Join the Clean Gen Club at your high school or contact us to establish one at your high school.
Coalitions
We connect voices to power by bringing together organizations and individuals to solve specific policy and development challenges. This means organizing issues based on coalitions to support PNG’s development plans in line with regional and global sustainable development goals.
We facilitate the alignment of various youth movements, youth groups, youth ministries and youth advocates into coalitions. These coalitions inspire movements in climate change action, gender-based violence prevention, social-economic and political inclusion, and saying no to drugs and alcohol.
We are also secretariat to the Youth Coalition. For a full list of our Youth Coalition partners visit Our Ecosystem page.

Clean Gen Innovation Grants
We support our members by providing continuous learning and leading opportunities and providing access to resources to implement change projects in their own communities.
Our Clean Generation Innovation Grants are for Clean Gen members to start any community project that they have initiated or plan to initiate.
Grant funding for members is available for up to K10,000 to support your project. This is a great opportunity to take action in your spaces of influence and passion to drive positive change.
To read about how this grant funding could help drive change, watch our video feature story of Ruth Bihoro and her Chiller Project (pictured left). Ruth is one of our first members to receive grant funding from The Voice Inc. We hope this video inspires you.
Innovation Grant applications are closed for 2020.
