Through The Voice Inc’s 17 year journey and investment into local leadership, it has seen its network of leaders expand into the State run Universities, High Schools, community groups in both urban and rural centers across the country. It has seen its partner organizations come together and establish issue-based coalitions. By 2023, through our programs, over 40,000 people across 20 PNG Provinces have been reached.

Our People
Our people are the heart of TVI
Our people are the change we are supporting. They are Change Project leaders, Coalition members, and Clean Gen members taking action on the problems they see in their communities, towns and cities.
By 2024, more than 3,500 people have signed up as members of the Clean Generation, from 20 provinces in PNG.
Many more have completed the DREAM or leadership development program or have led a change project in their community.
Our leaders have reached more than 40,000 people with projects and training in communities across the country.
Our Centres for Leadership (CFL) and Clean Gen Hubs are in eight provinces and now also includes a hub in Brisbane, Australia, building regional connections through PNG diaspora and Australian supporters.

Local Leadership & Collective Action Program
Public policy reforms in Papua New Guinea (PNG) have been hampered by inadequate collective action around critical national and local development goals. Existing coalitions of government and non-government actors have found it challenging to mobilize and sustain momentum on issues and complex problems. In response The Voice Inc's Local Leadership and Collective Action Program (LLCAP), aims to support a network of groups and leaders acting on PNG's most challenging problems.
CleanGen Innovation Grants Program
The CleanGen Innovation Grants is a flagship program facilitated by The Voice Inc. (TVI) to enable members of the Clean Generation Movement to lead smalls initiatives in their communities to support citizens to find their voice, act and build a sustainable future. Founded in 2018, the CleanGen Innovation Grants Program has supported over 37 projects with a footprint that now encompasses 17 provinces throughout Papua New Guinea. Over 40,000 people have been impacted through the grants program.
CleanGen Academy - Online Learning Platform
Have you heard of the CleanGen Academy? It is our digital offering to all members of our community which will allow them to Learn, Lead, Impact and Connect!
The CleanGen Academy will now be a central point where CleanGen members can complete the Dream Program, Plan Activities, Apply for our Grants and many other things that can only be found on the platform.

Scholarships Program
Our scholarships focuses on nourishing academic pursuits of young active citizens whom despite socio-economic challenges, continue to initiate positive integral development in their communities. Pertaining to learning, teaching, research, community engagement and active citizenship this scholarship aims to enhance access to quality of holistic higher education. Scholarship prerequisite and requirement advocate for academic merit, minority inclusion and sound citizenship values.
